How is the price determined?

What is included?

Do I need a complete specification?
Bring a feature request, technical objective, migration target, or security report. We work with you to define what needs to be delivered and the information needed to price it.
What happens if the scope changes?
Changes outside the agreed scope are reviewed with you. Any effect on price, timeline, or acceptance criteria is agreed before the additional work begins.
How do payments work?
Payment amounts, milestones, and acceptance terms are set out in your proposal and agreed before work starts.
Are cloud and AI model costs included?
Your proposal specifies which infrastructure, model usage, and third-party costs are included and which are billed separately. We clarify these costs during scoping.
What counts as acceptance?
We agree on acceptance criteria before implementation, including the required checks and expected production behavior. Changes are verified against those criteria and your review requirements before you approve deployment.
What happens after delivery?
Support coverage and the process for reporting issues are defined in your proposal. You can commission another project or agree an ongoing engagement based on your delivery needs.
Can we work together on a monthly basis?
Yes. After an initial project, we can agree on a monthly fee and reserved delivery capacity for ongoing work. Together we prioritize the queue and define acceptance criteria for each item before starting. Your proposal sets the capacity, included costs, support coverage, and cancellation terms.
Can my team operate the platform instead?
Yes. Platform is the self-serve option for teams that want to operate the delivery system themselves. A free tier is available; current paid plans and limits are in the app. Managed delivery is priced by engagement, not by job.
